Saray lists a small number of buildings carefully rather than a large number quickly. Here is what that means in practice.
The building first
Every entry leads with how the thing was made — what the walls are, where the light comes from, what it does in August. The floor area is at the bottom of the page because it is the least interesting thing about a house.
Nothing we have not stood in
We do not list from a brochure. If nobody from Saray has walked the plot, it does not go up, which is why there are thirteen provinces here rather than thirty-four.
The title before the view
A surveyed, court-registered deed with a followable chain of ownership is a precondition, not a bonus. A discount that turns out to be a title problem is the most expensive thing in this market.
No urgency
No countdowns, no “three other people are viewing this”, no alerts. One letter a month when something worth the detour comes up.
